Appointments
 

Book your first consultation by completing the form, either by scanning the QR code or by clicking the button below, “BOOKING”. Then, click the “BOOK AN APPOINTMENT” button to access and complete the booking form.

Completing the form is required in order to make your appointment.

Once the form has been completed and submitted, I will contact you to book your first consultation.

ℹ️ Booking and Reservation Policy

  • Once I receive your form, I will contact you to schedule and confirm your appointment, subject to availability.

  • Your appointment will only be confirmed once the €70 fee for the first consultation has been paid in advance. This payment serves as a booking fee and can be made via MB WAY or bank transfer.

  • Only the first consultation requires advance payment.

  • Payment details will be provided during our first contact. Once payment has been made, please send proof of payment.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The €70 first consultation fee (booking fee) is non-refundable in the event of a no-show. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify me at least 72 hours in advance.

ℹ️ Cancellation, Rescheduling, Delays and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations, requests to change or reschedule an appointment should, whenever possible, be communicated at least 48 business hours in advance.

  • The consultation fee will be charged in the event of a no-show or if cancellation notice is given less than 72 hours in advance.

  • No fee will be charged in cases of urgent or duly justified circumstances.
